My client is an established company based in the Fareham area and they currently require an experienced CNC Milling Team Leader to join their team. This is a permanent position for a successful company who are looking to pay around £32’000 per annum basic salary.

he suitable candidate will have:-  Proven supervisory or team leader experience  Previous experience precision engineering experience  Skilled / time-served CNC Engineer  Must be able to Program CNC Mills online  Some 3D offline experience using CAM  Experience with a sub-contract experience  Must be competent dealing with people at all levels You must have sufficient experience for this role and possess strong CNC Milling as well as leadership skills.
