They have increased turnover in 2009 and are looking to continue this trend in 2010 by increasing turnover from £24m to £26m. They have been able to keep and expand their headcount and therefore their structure, and consequently they are in a prime position to take advantage of the upturn. The Role: * Working in the toolroom * Responsible for operating CNC machinery * Machine components to drawings, sketches, templates and samples * Liaise with production and engineering departments * Practise philosophy of total quality and continuous improvements * Working a afternoon shift of 2pm-10pm Monday to Friday

£23000 - £25000/annum Overtime + Pension
